- Once the package is confirmed, no changes will be permitted to the pre-arranged itinerary, including destinations and accommodations. Any requests to add new places will incur additional charges, calculated based on factors such as distance, transportation costs, and accommodation rates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
- 25% cancellation Charges of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
- 30% cancellation Charges of the package cost before 30 days of the traveling date.
- 50% cancellation Charges of the package cost before 15 days of the traveling date.
- 100% cancellation Charges before 07 days of the travel date.
- Advance amount is non-refundable, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems, death, accident, or No Shows.
- Also, Note that all cancellations must interact in writing. No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services.
- The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hikes in tariffs & taxes of hotels, transportation, or any other service provided.
